Mohammad AlJoode is a Professional Engineer and seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in Engineering and information technology operations. Most recently, he was serving as a Senior Application Program Analyst at Visa Inc., he has spearheaded key projects in workstation security compliance and vulnerability management. His extensive experience includes designing innovative solutions such as the Smart Patch application, Vulnerability Management solution, which saved Visa’s teams significant operational hours.

Mohammad holds a Master’s in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s in Surveying Engineering from Technical College Baghdad. He is certified in COMPTIA Security+ and has specialized training in vulnerability management, machine learning, and product ownership. He has worked across various roles, including systems engineering, technical support, and project management, bringing a versatile skill set to each position.

Throughout his career, Mohammad has worked with leading technologies and tools like Qualys, PowerBI, Tableau, IBM BigFix, Jira, and ServiceNow. He has demonstrated leadership by managing global support efforts, coordinating complex projects, and training IT teams. His background spans multiple sectors, including the Oil & Gas industry, where he managed security solutions for high-profile clients such as British Petroleum.

Fluent in Arabic, English, and Kurdish, Mohammad is committed to ongoing professional development, with certifications and training in areas like TOGAF, Scrum Master methodologies, and AI technologies.
